About Mpumi
I am 31 year-old, female international PhD student at Stellenbosch University. I'm originally from Eswatini; a small country which is 18 hours away.
I really enjoy crocheting and I have realized that this skill is not too common among young people these days. Also, some people may have missed the chance to learn it whilst growing up. I find it quite therapeutic and really calming.
My teaching experience is not much, but with the love I have for this skill I think I can help interested beginners.

My teaching style is unique because I don't have one in particular. I haven't had the chance to teach anyone yet. So expect a very relaxed session.
I will be teaching in English. I am proficient in Zulu and Siswati as well.
A typical session with me will include all the information you need to begin your first crochet project. Personally, I like using online videos as well; so that can be included to the lesson if need be.
These lessons are aimed at students who are interested in learning a fun new skill. A starter kit will need to be brought by each student for their lessons.
