About Tanmay

2 times karate district champion, 5 years of experience, and a fitness trainer from last 2 years. I am moving forward with the willpower to make 100 people fit and active which will help them calm and help them to stay focused in their personal life.

About the lesson

Basically, I focus on the freehand exercise I think this is the best starting point for everyone. Cardio, a little bit of yoga, some stretching exercises are very helpful and the pre-workout meal is a must. Push-up, pull-ups, sit-up, Squat will be your friends in this journey.
