1. Imagine:
Come up with a differentiated value proposition based on your passion and strengths, focusing on the needs and insights of your client
2. Experiment:
Build an MVP (Minimum Viable Product), test it in the market and refine your value proposition
3. Sell:
Build the cost structure for your value proposition, review the competition and generate sales x 10
4. Grow:
Define the growth engine and apply innovative accounting and KPIs to measure and grow x 100
