About Sharndre

I'm Sharndré, I'm 20 years old, I live in Durban. I'm currently completing my first year of teaching, however from the age of 17 I've been tutoring kids within my community, helping them where I could whether it was academically or mentally because I realized that some kids when they don't understand something when it comes to their academics they tend to shy away from it and we start seeing a ripple effect because they start thinking that if they can't do that then they will not understand anything afterwards. After helping those kids and seeing them progress with their academics, I also saw some progress with their attitude when it comes to learning new things regardless of how difficult it is and by getting that kind of satisfaction in helping them that's what pushed and motivated me to become a teacher.

About the lesson

When I was in school I found it hard to concentrate or study just by sitting behind a desk and reading so I started changing the things I love doing into my very own study methods which really helped me I do the same with my little sister now when helping her understand something I use her different hobbies and we've seen a huge improvement.
I'm looking for students that are eager to learn as well as those that feel as they can't make it in school just to help them out and also build their confidence
