I have been practicing yoga under Sakshi's guidance for the last 1.5 years now. She has been an amazing guru who paces and personalises the yoga experience as per your mental, emotional and physical needs. Working in a highly stressful and sedantry job, the body starts ageing very fast. Adding to that, I have been through multiple physical ailments in this period. I have had to re-start the process of building my strength and postures time and again. But under Sakshi's guidance, i don’t get a sense of failing.
