About Aidan
Friendly and energetic university student with a passion for athletics. Where I've use my knowledge learnt to aid my athletics performance and I would like to help educate others so they can use the knowledge for their own personal gain.
I have experience working with children in summer camps and did work experience at a school with my mum who is an experienced teacher and has helped me develop teaching skills.

As a dedicated and engaging tutor my approach to teaching is rooted in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment tailored to each student's unique needs.
Firstly, I begin with diagnostic assessments to identify each student's strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles. This helps in crafting a personalised learning plan.
Interactive Learning: I use a variety of multimedia resources, including videos, interactive simulations, and real-life examples, to make learning more dynamic and relatable.
Regular Feedback: Continuous feedback is provided to help students track their progress and understand areas needing improvement.
Positive Reinforcement: I emphasise positive reinforcement to build confidence and motivate students.
Session Breakdown: A typical session is structured as follows:
Warm-Up (10 minutes): Review of previous material and quick diagnostic questions.
Instruction (30-45 minutes): Introduction of new concepts, interactive discussions, and hands-on activities.
Practice (15-25 minutes): Guided practice with immediate feedback.
Review and Q&A (5-10 minutes): Recap of the lesson and addressing any lingering questions.
