Sports fan. I love physical activity and good nutrition and rest. A little of everything I do ... bicycle, pole dance, aerial acrobatics, floor acrobatics, artistic gymnastics. I love to be on the move! My classes are ideal to start moving the body gradually and steadily.

One-hour classes with hydration breaks. Classes begin with a warm-up and then work in zones. The last part of the class is for stretching. I provide the material. Depending on what your goals and experience are, we put together a plan.
