About Axelle
I am a sports coach in sports associations and private companies. I’m in charge of large groups (40 and more) in group lessons but also in private coaching (solo or duet). I am also a physical trainer (PT) and trainer PT for the riders (physical preparation in gym).

my teaching method is based on the understanding of the movement: Which of the benefits of such an exercise? Such muscle is used for such movement, etc. A pedagogy that ultimately allows the complete autonomy of the coachee. I use the pedagogy of the model: I ride the exercise at first and then I circulate in the ranks to correct the posture, propose variables.
