I have coached Basket-Ball, Cricket and Athletics teams, coming from a small town in India, training with limited resources meant self coaching and Captains of the teams had a huge responsibility of training the squad and the junior age groups as well.
I have always found 4 steps of training extremely helpful and still use same methodology for my own training;
1- Drills and techniques (30% effort)
2- Physical Fitness and Cardiovascular endurance (20%)
3- Match Practice / Nets / Shootings / Time Trials (40%)
4- Mental agility / Teamwork / Spirit building / Yoga / Motivational discussions (10%)
Step 3, is the most important in practice, but step 4 is where everything comes together; as a team ready to outperform themselves by giving their 100%, on and off the field.

I am not doing this with the motive of earning; this is my way of trying to be around sports enthusiasts and in the process, share some knowledge and learn some new things.
So the rates are negotiable, happy to help any group of players; mentoring them on my own or as part of a team of coaches for a bigger team.
