About Senan
I graduated with a master's from Universidad Europea De Madrid who have an affiliation with Escuela Universitaria of Real Madrid in sport and performance psychology. I am also an NSCA-CSCS, Exos performance specialist who has completed 2 mentorships through Exos so can also design optional exercise programs to follow along with psychometric assessments and interventions for your mental performance and well-being.
