About NHP

I am a B. Sport Coaching student with around 5 years experience of individual and group classes, giving the athletes the extra edge they need to perfrlorm.

About the lesson

My methods is by going over the basics and make sure that the basics are covered before going on to more difficult skills, aswell as making sure they know about their safety and how to protect themself on the field while playing there sports
