About Opiababe
I have a passion for helping others gain confidence from pole dancing and being able to see their bodies create form through the power of movement. I have taught at various facilities and have trained pole dancers for competitions and performances. I have taught acrobatic skills for 3 years, and have been flexibility training for a decade.

For individuals aiming to improve their pole dancing abilities by enhancing strength, flexibility, and technique. I will share exclusive tips, pole dance tutorials, breakdowns of choreography, and exercises to help you progress. My teaching method is catered you. Becoming familiar with the students strengths, weaknesses, and goals is vital for a successful lesson plan. I teach beginner, intermediate, and advanced pole dance as well as other specialties things like tumbling and flexibility training.
