I work to tailor lessons to best fit students needs. I can meet them where they are at academically and build from that foundation. A typical lesson plan would be to review a skill the student already has and then build upon that. That would look like a "I do", "we do", "you do" model where the skill would be taught, we would work through it together and then the student would get to practice the newly taught skill.
