About Nina
Hello! I’m a French tutor with over 4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts in French and Francophone Studies. I specialize in helping high school and university students who find French grammar and essay writing challenging. My approach is creative, supportive, and focused on making the language feel accessible. I break down complex grammar rules into simple, manageable steps that actually make sense. Instead of memorizing, we focus on understanding how the language works and why. This makes it easier for students to build a strong foundation and apply grammar correctly in writing and speech. I also help students write essays that are clear, expressive, and well-structured. We work together on planning, vocabulary building, and editing, always with a focus on improving their voice and confidence. I bring my love for French poetry, history, and literature into lessons to add depth and spark curiosity.
