About Molly
With 8 years of experience as a singing tutor, I have taught 150–200 students, guiding them to develop both technical skill and expressive artistry. My lessons emphasise personalised learning, adapting exercises, repertoire, and techniques to match each student’s goals, abilities, and learning style. I teach vocal techniques such as breath control, tone, pitch, phrasing, and vocal agility, while also focusing on stage presence, emotional expression, and performance confidence. Lessons incorporate music theory, rhythm exercises, ear training, and creative improvisation, creating a comprehensive approach to music education.
I encourage students to explore various musical genres, experiment creatively, and develop a distinctive and confident voice. I also provide guidance on preparing for auditions, competitions, and recordings, as well as strategies to manage stage anxiety. My goal is to help students build confidence, perform authentically, and enjoy every step of their musical journey.

My teaching methodology, guided by Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity (MCIC), is designed to make that vision a reality for every student. I focus on motivation by encouraging self-belief, setting clear milestones, and celebrating achievements, keeping students inspired to practise consistently. Communication ensures a supportive and interactive learning environment, where students can express their ideas, ask questions, and receive detailed feedback to improve tone, pitch, articulation, and performance skills.
Integrity provides honest assessments, promotes disciplined practice habits, and builds respect and trust in every lesson, creating a professional and safe space to grow. Creativity allows students to explore different musical genres, experiment with improvisation, and develop a distinctive singing style that reflects their personality and artistic voice. I also teach music theory, rhythm, ear training, and stage performance to give students a comprehensive understanding of music and performance skills. Each session is tailored to the student’s skill level, interests, and goals, blending structured exercises, guided practice, and interactive activities to ensure steady progress. This approach strengthens technical mastery, expressive performance, confidence, and stage presence. By applying MCIC principles, I help students achieve measurable growth, enjoy the learning process, and develop a lifelong love for singing and music.
