About RIGOBERTO

I´m Rigoberto Sánchez, “Colombo-Español”49 years old, Business Administrator and a Master degree in Business, Language and Chinese culture (Zhejiang University China)
Receive a cordial greeting and allow me 2 minutes to comment briefly on my professional history.
After 10 years in Colombia of successful Consumer Goods Sector Career (Purina, Unilever and Team de Colombia), in 2006 I accepted an offer to go to work in Spain in a Family Company of the Real Estate sector, the first 2 weeks were an intensive period of training, I knew the different activities of the company, (Grupo Leonsa "Spain”) and 1 week later I joined at the commercial area.

I highlight the location because for me it was a very important step, both professionally - to work in a company, with prospects for promotion and personally - I left, friends, and family in Colombia. Seeking greater autonomy and challenges ... it was a great leap forward. In Grupo Leonsa (Spain) I learned to work really, as a team and I developed the culture of cooperation with my colleagues, sharing the goals and working to meet the objectives set.

As a leader I experienced and developed a feeling that will not leave me in my professional career. Drive a "formula 1". In the end I was able to drive a car whose human team was made up of 5 people, including its own and external staff. I had to conduct my area of responsibility, with a clear destiny: to give a good service to our clients and achieve sales goals.
At the time; I had to know the problems that were presented to us and analyze them, to solve bottlenecks on time and within the established budget, plan the activities in cooperation with other areas ... I had to know very well the problems that were presented to us, profitability objectives, analyze them and find solutions to reach the objectives in time.

I had been 3 times in the U.S and this is my first time in Canada, I just arrived from New York City 4 days ago and I know that there are so many consumer goods companies in Canada with exports desires and that want open new emerging markets in Latin America.
I am the guy to open new emerging markets to your products in Latin America, I have the experience, the vision and the touch to achieve it, (the key)

About the lesson
