About Sarah
Hi there :) I’m Sarah, a student at Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi. I have been learning French since school and currently continue my French studies through a university elective. I am currently at an A2 level in French, and I am still actively learning and improving.
Even though I am not fluent, I have a strong understanding of French basics, especially in vocabulary, reading, listening, and simple speaking practice through my academic coursework.
I enjoy helping others learn because I understand the challenges of starting a new language. I want to teach because I believe that learning French becomes much easier when it is explained in a simple and patient way.
My goal is to help beginners feel more comfortable with French, build their confidence, and improve step by step without pressure.

My approach to teaching French is focused on building strong basics in a simple and structured way. I understand that French can feel challenging at the beginning, so I aim to make lessons clear, slow-paced, and easy to follow.
I focus on vocabulary building, reading comprehension, listening practice, and basic speaking skills. I use repetition, simple explanations, and practical examples to help students remember and apply what they learn.
Each lesson is typically 1 hour and includes guided practice, interactive exercises, and review of key points to help students improve step by step.
I am currently at an A2 level in French, but I have studied French since school and continue to take a French elective at Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, where I regularly practice reading, listening, vocabulary, and speaking skills in an academic environment.
My lessons are suitable for beginners and elementary-level students who want to build a strong foundation in French and gain confidence in basic communication skills.
