About Kat
I love working with kids, and I love playing lacrosse. I play on my high school team and I do club, so I'm a very experienced player who is passionate about lacrosse and will ensure the best learning opportunities for the younger players. I am funny, charismatic, and an all-around creative person who can connect easily with younger players, since I can remember being their age not too long ago. I also have experience teaching younger kids, as I am one of the coaches for my younger travel team.

I am a women's lacrosse coach who use engaging examples and video calls to demonstrate specific skills. I will normally start out with a warmup, then get into a personalized lesson for whatever the learner wants to work on. I am creative and can make up drills or practice plans on the spot based on the learners needs. I teach every level under 14u.
