About Kiara
I am a third-year student in Graphic Design at Curtin Perth but I actually come from Mauritius, where French and English are the most common languages. Since I graduated from high school, I split my time between university, tutoring lessons, and babysitting. I may have been the one tutoring, but being around children teaches you lessons too on how to be a better person, how to communicate better, patience, but also that every word has an impact, especially on children, and we have to be very careful on how to address a child. It helps heal my inner child and be the person I wanted to have in my life when I was a child.

I have been teaching for a few years now outside university and the best way to help and teach is to really listen to the student fears, understand why he is unable to understand and find new ways to make him learn that will fit better the type of student that he is.
