About Kesavan

Hi, I’m Kesavan Nampoothiry. I'm a meditation guide, storyteller, and recovering overthinker. I believe meditation doesn’t need to be perfect or poetic. It just needs to feel real. Through my sessions, I help people slow down, tune in, and build a practice that actually feels good and not something they dread like laundry day.
