About Madeleine

Hi, I’m Madeleine, a certified Life Coach, RTT Hypnotherapist, and Somatic coach.

I specialize in helping women reduce anxiety, build confidence, challenges with emotions and their intimate life.

With a background in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), embodiment coaching, and breathwork, my approach blends modern neuroscience with body-based awareness to create lasting transformation.

I’ve worked with clients around the world who felt stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, or procrastination — guiding them to discover practical tools for clarity, motivation, and emotional resilience.

What sets me apart is my holistic, compassionate, and results-oriented style. I don’t just teach mindset tools — I help you understand how your body and subconscious mind work together, so you can make changes that last.

My sessions are trauma-informed, professional, and deeply supportive.

Whether you’re going through a life transition, feeling lost or unmotivated, or simply ready to feel more confident in yourself — I’ll meet you where you are and help you reconnect with your inner strength.

About the lesson

As a Life Coach, RTT Hypnotherapist, and Somatic coach, my approach blends somatic coaching with body-based practices to help clients reconnect with their confidence, release anxiety, and create lasting change from the inside out.

My methodology is rooted in embodiment, neuroscience, and mindfulness — I believe real transformation happens when we work with both the mind and the body, not just talk about the problem.

Each session is tailored to the individual, combining powerful tools such as breathwork, guided visualization, self-hypnosis, and emotional release techniques to create deep awareness and alignment.

I teach in English, and my sessions are available online.

A typical session begins with a short check-in to explore what’s present for you that day, followed by guided practices to connect you back to your body’s wisdom. You’ll leave each session feeling more grounded, clear, and empowered — with practical tools you can integrate into daily life.

My lessons are ideal for women who are feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected from themselves and are ready to rebuild confidence, clarity, and self-trust.
