About Reyna
Graduating with a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from MIT gave me a technical foundation that continues to drive my work today. I have spent 9 years helping working engineers, hobbyist makers, and career switchers navigate complex design software.
My tutoring centers on the idea that Solidworks students are engineering bound. We tackle problems using the same logic required by real-world design tasks. My workflow covers everything from 3D modeling and sheet metal design to assembly design. I prioritize teaching GD&T basics and engineering drawings to ensure structural integrity in every model.
Managing mate constraints and parametric design feels much easier when you understand the underlying mathematics. My approach is rooted in the practical realities of the industry. I find it deeply satisfying to see students connect these technical dots. Helping you build a professional toolset is my primary objective.
