My teaching method is adaptable to any person, regardless of fitness background/medical situation and thus forth. Although i am no medical expert and i do advise for you to consult a doctor before you start gym, i am able to use my experience to help u reach your end goal. I will base my teaching classes on adaptability, workout structure and much more.
