About Hannah
I have a first class undergraduate degree in sociology and anthropology from the University of Hull. I am currently studying for my masters degree in Sociology at the London School of Economics. I have experience tutoring in research methods, classical and contemporary sociology and cultural theory. My personal academic interests are in the fields of urban social theory and socio-musicology. I have been tutoring in A-Level sociology, exam preparing, essay writing and mentoring for just over 6 months.

My teaching method is two-fold. I begin with a collaborative conversation with the student and parents to to clearly outline what they hope to get out of tutoring. Then we can figure out the best way to utilise time together and create a plan, whether it be going through the curriculum at the same pace as their teacher, helping with assignments or helping with exam practice and essay writing. Most importantly, my teaching style reflects the student. Each student will respond differently to different paces, workloads etc.
