I build on my own experience walking through trauma and draw on the wisdom of those who have helped me along the way. If your particular trauma or stress is outside my scope of expertise, I will certainly let you know and encourage you to seek additional support. I am not a trained counselor but I am an excellent listener and have support and wisdom to offer.
