I am a retired Technical Support Professional having provided Desktop and Remote support for corporate clients for many years. I also trained Windows proficient techs how to support the Apple platform for 5 years or so. Very patient and understanding.

I know it is important to work from where the student is. Once we have that established we move onto whatever interest or problem the Student wants to follow or solve. My approach online tends to be very flexible, once the basic skills (Inputs and Menus) are established. I emphasize the need for security and backups with everything we cover.
