About Peter

Hello! I’m a professional songwriter and recording artist with a deep passion for helping others express themselves through music. With years of experience in Afrobeats, Afro-fusion, R&B, and emotional storytelling, I specialize in crafting lyrics that connect with real-life experiences—especially love, heartbreak, healing, and self-discovery. My approach to songwriting is both creative and structured. I teach my students how to: Write clear, compelling lyrics with emotional depth Build strong song structures (verse, chorus, bridge, hook) Develop melody, rhythm, and vocal flow Find their unique voice and artistic identity Create music that resonates with today’s audience As an independent Nigerian artist, I understand the challenges of breaking into the music scene. That’s why my lessons are practical, flexible, and personalized—whether you're a complete beginner or already writing your own songs. I’m currently working on original projects that blend raw emotion with modern Afrobeat sounds, and I’m excited to share the tools and techniques that have shaped my journey so far. If you're ready to take your songwriting seriously and grow as an artist, I’d be glad to work with you.

About the lesson

Are you passionate about music? Do you want to write songs that connect deeply with people and carry emotion like Burna Boy, Omah Lay, or Tems?

In my songwriting class, I’ll teach you how to:

Write heartfelt and relatable lyrics (love, heartbreak, motivation, etc.)
Structure songs for Afrobeats, Afro-fusion, and R&B
Build catchy hooks and verses that people remember
Use melody, rhythm, and storytelling to make your songs unique
Find your voice and personal style as an artist or writer
Whether you're just starting out or want to improve your songwriting for your own music, I’ll guide you step by step—even if you don’t play any instruments.
