About Fletcher

I am an experienced singing tutor with more than 5 years of teaching students from schools, colleges, and professional settings. I specialise in helping students discover their unique voice, refine technical skills, and perform confidently. I believe that singing is a combination of skill, emotion, and artistic expression, and I focus on nurturing all these aspects in my students.

My lessons are interactive, student-focused, and structured. I teach vocal techniques including breath control, pitch accuracy, tone modulation, and vocal projection. I also cover music theory, rhythm, sight-reading, and performance skills such as stage presence, expression, and musical interpretation. By combining structured exercises with creative and real-life examples, I make lessons both engaging and effective.

I adapt lessons to each student’s goals and abilities. Beginners are guided patiently to develop confidence and foundational skills, while advanced learners are coached to refine techniques, prepare for performances, and overcome challenges like stage anxiety or vocal strain. About the lesson

My teaching methodology for Singing is practical, encouraging, and tailored to each student’s needs. I use real-life examples and case studies from songs, live performances, and everyday voice use to explain techniques like breathing, pitch control, tone, and expression.

I teach with empathy, understanding that students may feel nervous or unsure about their voice, and I create a safe and supportive environment where they feel comfortable practising. Along with Singing, I also teach related subjects such as music theory, rhythm, ear training, vocal care, and performance confidence.
