About Mercy
The practical knowledge gotten from my field of studies will help to add value and simplify operations with optimization to the achievement of the organizational vision and mission. The challenging deadlines I managed and the stimulating environment I worked in has led to profound professional growth through my intellectual curiosity and passion for delivering results, I am confident that I have developed the necessary skills to work in your organization.
I am a communication design and products design expert, with a clear logical mind, in approaching and solving problems with a practical and detailed approach. Having the human relation and management skills, with more than 5years of experience in communication design, leadership development and management, have impact me with great strength in reading, researching and learning to overcome challenges and develop through experiences in making organization successful. I am able to work independently with limited or no supervision, I accurately issue resolutions and excellent interpersonal relationship with persons of all personalities, flexible, dependable, reliable, and committed, having the ability to maintain team and team lead, cohesiveness to achieve common goals, receptive and responsive to performance feedback. As a change agent I believe in adding value and making positive contribution where ever I am. My background in communication design has certainly helped me embrace technology and I am delighted with the challenges that provide opportunities for growth and innovation.
