About Daphne
I am a French tutor with 7 years of experience and a Master of Arts in French Linguistics. I have taught over 200 students from absolute beginners to advanced academic and professional speakers. My French lessons are immersive, conversational, and culturally enriched throughout every session. Every lesson begins with a speaking warm-up to build confidence and fluency and identify specific areas to develop. Grammar is introduced through real authentic dialogues and cultural scenarios. Pronunciation and accent training are woven throughout every lesson using phonetic exercises and native audio comparison. Cultural exploration through French cinema, music, cuisine, and current affairs deepens motivation and understanding at every stage. DELF exam students receive comprehensive preparation across all tested skills with regular mock exercises. Intermediate students build fluency through graduated conversation and thematic vocabulary development. Authentic French audio and video materials develop natural listening comprehension throughout. My goal is for every student to speak French with genuine fluency, natural accent, and deep cultural appreciation.
