About Neo
I am a professional Flute tutor with over 14 years of teaching experience. I teach School students, College students, and working professionals who want to learn flute for academic needs, personal interest, or career growth. I enjoy working with students of all age groups and skill levels.
My teaching approach is structured, patient, and student-focused. I emphasise strong fundamentals such as breathing techniques, correct posture, finger coordination, tone development, and rhythm accuracy. I believe steady practice and clear understanding help students progress confidently.
Along with flute lessons, I teach music theory, sight reading, scale practice, rhythm training, ear training, and basic performance skills. These subjects support overall musical development. I also help students prepare for exams, auditions, and stage performances.
One of my unique strengths is my ability to explain concepts in a simple and clear way. I provide personalised practice routines, regular feedback, and encouragement. My goal is to help students enjoy learning flute and build a lasting love for music.

My flute teaching approach is based on communication, creativity, and flexible learning to help students progress with confidence and enjoyment. I explain flute techniques clearly and encourage students to communicate openly during lessons.
Creative warm-ups, musical exercises, and expressive playing activities keep lessons interesting and engaging. I adapt lesson plans based on student progress, learning needs, and goals.
I focus on building strong fundamentals while encouraging musical expression and confidence. Flute lessons cover breathing techniques, posture, embouchure, finger coordination, articulation, scales, rhythm, and sight reading.
Along with flute, I teach supporting subjects such as music theory, note reading, rhythm training, ear training, and performance skills to help students become well-rounded musicians.
