About Aileen
I have been teaching chess for more than 4 years and enjoy helping players grow from basic level to strong understanding. My teaching style is simple and supportive. Learning should feel comfortable. We begin with solid opening habits instead of long theory. You will know why each move matters. Then we train tactics using puzzles and guided practice.
Students learn how to calculate safely and check threats before moving. Decision-making improves quickly. I also teach positional ideas like weak squares, piece coordination, and planning ahead. Together we review your games and discuss better strategies. Reflection helps progress.
I coach children, teens, and adult hobby players. I also prepare students for school competitions and club events. You will gain patience, focus, and confidence so you can approach every game with a clear plan.
