I’m a vocal coach with over six years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Vocal Studies. I guide singers through the art of vocal performance while blending music education with industry-ready skills. Whether you're a hobbyist or an aspiring recording artist, I help you find your voice with confidence and creativity. The Suzuki Student benefits from structured song progression, moving from simple melodies to more expressive works while staying consistent with ear-training foundations. Choose songs that match each student’s natural range and timbre, then adjust keys to highlight their most resonant vocal tone.
Both personas should practice vocal tone matching using recordings of professional singers, paying attention to vowel shaping and breath placement. Add controlled dynamics drills, such as crescendo-decrescendo on sustained notes, to enhance expressive control. Vocal agility exercises like scales, arpeggios, and melismatic runs build flexibility, helping Music Majors tackle complex passages and Suzuki students improve precision and speed.
Incorporate mock auditions to simulate pressure, refine stage presence, and manage nerves. Encourage genre diversity—from classical to pop or jazz—to build versatile vocal portfolios and adaptability.
