About Imogen
I am a friendly and enthusiastic classical singer with a First-Class BMus (Hons) degree in Vocal Performance. I have a wide range of professional performance experience, including solo, choral and ensemble work in the UK and internationally. I have performed as a soloist in Handel’s Messiah, with the Baroque ensemble Red Priest, and at the Ravenna Music Festival in Italy. Alongside performing, I have experience working with young singers and supporting choir rehearsals. I am passionate about helping others enjoy singing and aim to create a relaxed, encouraging environment where students can build confidence, develop their voice and achieve their individual goals.

My lessons are friendly, supportive and tailored to each singer’s individual voice, goals and experience. I focus on developing healthy vocal technique, including breathing, posture, tone and vocal freedom, alongside musicianship, confidence and performance skills. I aim to create an encouraging environment where singers feel comfortable experimenting and developing their own voice.
Lessons typically last 30–60 minutes depending on age and experience. Lessons are suitable for children and adults, from complete beginners to more experienced singers wanting to develop their classical technique, musicianship or performance confidence.
