JJ has been such a huge help with coaching me in both singing and acting. From working with him he has really helped me build my confidence and is a wealth of knowledge. Through his coaching he has helped me with audition material which has lead me to getting a lead part in a local show.

JJ worked as a facilitator and teacher for an amateur choir for short term project that involved elements of singing, songwriting and acting. He is a confident and reliable teacher with a real depth of technical understanding. Most importantly though he is very friendly and makes the room feel safe and open, which is really important when doing activities that can feel quite exposing. One choir member said it was an 'honour to learn from him' and others said they learnt so much in such a short time.

JJ was wonderful with my autistic niece. They really bonded and JJ had a range of techniques to keep her involved and motivated (something I frequently fail at.) it was a very well balanced mix of fun but also instilling a sense of discipline and consistency and overall I’m very impressed.
