About Holly
I am a yoga and meditation teacher. I am also an outdoor industry professional. I have been practicing yoga and receiving informal trainings since 2006 in mindfulness, yoga, emotional regulation, and experiencial guidance. I became a certified yoga teacher in 2015 and completed 500 total hours of yoga training in 2020. Meditation is greatly woven into my school of yoga and life.

I teach from a place of grounded quiet. I am clear, simple and always use a soothing voice. I meet the student where they are and I encourage them to do the same. I tailor my class theme to their interest. Our goal in a session is to work with an open and accepting heart for whatever arises.
