About Aristide
I started karate when I was 6 years old. This passion never left me.
I studied karate with Sensei Frédéric GROSJEAN who founded the Cercle Parisien Shotokan more than 30 years ago.
Today I am a JKA 3rd Dan karate instructor at the Cercle Parisien Shotokan in the 9th arrondissement of Paris where I have been teaching Shotokan JKA karate for 6 years now and professionally since 2017 when I validated my CQP MAM.

My teaching method is based on that of the Japan Karate Association.
This method is extremely complete because it is what it takes to have a balanced form.
In addition to working on combat / self defense (kumite) a regular learning of kata allows to have excellent mobility in the whole body.
The methodology is based on 3 sets of exercises:
- Kihon: simple technique work or in sequence
- Kata: long sequence of specific and codified techniques
- Kumite: Combat and more or less realistic scenarios
To conclude, my methodology aims above all to allow all those coming to learn karate the means to train in autonomy and to make love this martial arts.
