About Phillip

Having worked in the Software industry at various levels for 10 years, I have worked on many different projects, mentored developers at various levels, and run interviews.
I have also coached students and young adults in beginning their career as a developer, transitioning to a new job, and how to make themselves attractive to companies both with their CV and in interviews. I enjoy teaching, and that is what led me towards senior developer and Tech lead positions, and I want to help lower the barrier of entry to people interested in a career as a developer, especially in the current job market.

About the lesson

Working 1 to 1 to find out the interests and goals of whomever I am working with, I come up with lesson plans to help them improve and gain confidence, in fun and engaging ways.
I provide coding challenges, can explain various concepts to people of different levels, and run mock interviews and CV workshops to build both a portfolio and a solid professional image
