I am an experienced IT and cybersecurity professional with more than 20 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise technology environments in healthcare, legal, and business settings. Throughout my career, I have worked with thousands of end users, managed technology projects, supported infrastructure, and helped organizations maintain secure and reliable systems.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security and an Associate of Science in Computer Science, combining a strong academic foundation with decades of real-world industry experience. My expertise includes cybersecurity fundamentals, Windows administration, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, IT support, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
