About Wayne

I am a qualified teacher who spent most of my working life in retail and would love to teach again.
I taught for three years and achieved excellent results both in the class with gifted and challenged students aswell as in extramural sports coaching.

About the lesson

My teaching method was always based on pupil participation.
When I was in retail management I found this method achieved the best retention results.
Tell, demonstrate, experience- worked aswell for children as it did for adults.
Almost everyone wants to learn. The correct environment does woners for motivation.
