About Rhiana

As a confident, friendly and outgoing individual I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, taking part in sports (mainly netball), and working in professional sport.

I am fortunate enough to have travelled to countries such as South Africa, Uruguay and Czech Republic with work as a field hockey international analyst for Wales.

Now living in Cardiff, I enjoy the opportunities around me while taking full advantage of home life in West Wales with my family.

About the lesson

As a contemporary lecturer and international sports analyst, I take pride in being approachable, friendly yet diligent. Lessons to be no longer than one hour, but no shorter than 30 minutes. I truly understand that all individuals learning needs differ based off their attention limit, I would take time to explore this and to develop learning skills for the individuals to become more self aware of unique yet personal techniques.

I have been a lecturer at a tradition university in West London since 2020. I am proud to hold a BSc and MSc in Sport Performance Analysis along side PGCert in Higher Education. As a netball coach, I apply knowledge and experiences and support every individual independently regardless of age experience and knowledge. My lessons are aimed for individuals between the ages of 14-18 however I am open to supporting younger individuals on their journey.
