About Linnea
I have always had a love of fashion since I was a little kid. As I have gotten older, that passion has grown more each year. This passion has led me to design and work in a team to create a dress for Miss Michigan for the Miss USA 2026 competition. I have also designed an entire fashion collection and had the ensembles photographed in an editorial style shoot. I have done professional freelance work as well. I have made anything from a flower girl dress for an 18-month-old to assisting with the beading on a jacket for the singer of a Jimi Hendrix cover band. Additionally, I have tutored in a variety of subjects in the past such as Spanish, English, algebra, geometry, and speech/presentation skills. I want to help others become the best students they can possibly be and foster a lifelong love of learning.

As a senior Fashion Studies student, I am excited to be able to help foster a learning environment for other future fashion designers and share everything I can that I have learned while in school. I take the time to get to know my students, their goals, and their current knowledge in order to build a tutoring plan that uniquely works for them. I am open to teaching all levels, but would most likely be helpful to those who fall in the proficiency categories of beginner-proficient.
