About Tijana
Hi, I am Tijana, a Senior Business English Coach and the founder of VeraLing.
I do not approach language training from a traditional academic angle. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Genetics, which implies a highly analytical, strategic blueprint for everything I teach. I back this up with a high-level TEFL Master’s diploma and more than 6,000 registered teaching hours spent working directly with the corporate world.
Over the past four years, I have trained C-level executives, senior managers, and technical teams across Europe and Latin America. My portfolio includes designing custom communication frameworks for multinational market leaders such as Scotiabank, Epiroc, Flowserve, and Gold Fields, alongside consumer giants like Nestlé and Unilever. The AI simulator tracks your speech and gives you detailed, actionable feedback after every single session. This allows you to practice privately, fix mistakes instantly, and feel completely prepared when the real moment arrives.
My Live Teaching Methodology & Techniques
We do not waste time on academic theory or dry grammar drills. During our live meetings, we focus purely on what you face at work every single day:
• Real Workplace Simulation: We practice real-life scenarios, including leading international team meetings on Zoom or Teams, managing cross-border negotiations, making pitches, and clearing rigorous executive job interviews.
• Structured Performance Analytics: Drawing from my scientific background, I track your progress with clear, data-driven feedback after our sessions so you know exactly which areas need refinement.
Lesson Length & Flexibility
• The 30-Minute Introduction: Our first session is completely free. We will use this time to dissect your current job requirements, pinpoint your communication bottlenecks, and look at my tools.
• Standard Sessions (60 Minutes): Our regular slots are one hour long, designed to be highly focused and interactive.
• Deep-Dive Workshops (90 Minutes): These longer sessions are available upon request and are perfect for intensive presentation dry-runs, major meeting preparations, or interview simulations.
