About Palmer
I cheered competitively in my youth and decided to switch to sideline cheer during High School! I also danced for many years, so I love all aspects of cheerleading. I am very well versed in stunting as well as choreography, tumbling, and jumps. I have coached mostly stunting but have done a little bit of everything before!

My approach focuses on building strong foundations and creating confidence while being safe and having fun! I focus on teaching proper technique for jumps, stunts, and tumbling, ensuring safety. All lessons are tailored to the student, as everything is specific to where individuals are at and what they would like to support learning or being taught! Lessons are for everyone and anyone who feels as if they could use support, the youngest I have ever coached was 4 years old while the oldest being 18, but no matter what age I would love to help!
