About Katerina
Hey there! I am 32, I have a BA in Communications and a PGCE which I received in July 2021 after training in a primary school setting for a year teaching students ages 6 to 8. Following this time I became a Special Needs Teacher working with students ages 11-16, with varying special needs including - autism spectrum - down syndrome - complex physical needs - ADHD/Anxiety/depression/PTSD - Non verbal - English as a second language I currently work in an office setting and have moved out of the school system but continue to have a passion for service and help, I loved teaching special needs students and would love to be able to aid you in meeting your child's needs.

I am Katerina, I have PGCE in primary education and 2 years experience teaching in a Special Needs School as a class teacher.- Life skills: - Getting ready to go to school - Making a healthy snack - Knowing my contact details/contacting emergency services/adults we can trust - Hygiene and washing - Basics on Money (some maths) - Taking public transports/crossing the street -Changes during puberty If there is anything specific you would like to teach your child we can discuss this and see if it falls within my experience!
