I follow a RRT methodology. That is read, revise and Test wherein I explain the concepts for the subject using practical life example to students and we revise the same concept next day and then take tests to ensure that students grasped it right. Moreover, Motivation and career counselling is a very important thing these days. I ensure my students gets the right guidance and motivation at the right time. I try to conduct little seminars and webinars for them as per their requirements.
