About Ronald
I am currently a college student, with a passion for playing guitar. I have been teaching guitar for the past two years helping students become self reliant and understanding the basics as well as using creative ways and exercises for them to learn the art of guitar playing. I have taught teenagers (approximately 10 in total) though music is for all age groups. Most of them have wanted to pursue playing guitar as a hobby instead of a career. Whichever the motive may be, we all have to start somewhere, and I can help set the course towards helping anyone learn this awesome instrument.

I enjoy in helping the students feel confident of themselves. Often congratulating them for their achievements however small they may be. I also help them understand what they can do better, and always give a solution or a method to either hitting a certain note, or finger placement. Also giving a sense of accountability is very important, which is why I encourage my students to practice on their own as well since eventually the goal is for them to become independent in furthering their learning of the instrument.
