About Patrick
I started playing guitar when I was 14 because I loved chords and wanted to know how they worked, so that I could someday write my own music. Over the 18 years since then, the ability to play an instrument has been a constant source of wisdom and healing. It's responsible for the greatest moments in my life and it brings me joy to share that with others.

Songs are the reason for everything we do as musicians. My job as a music teacher is to share the knowledge and skills necessary to understand and perform them well.
Lessons are always song focused. Time is divided evenly between practicing phrases from the songs you want to learn and discussing the musical concepts behind them.
I teach students of any age or skill level. Adults, Kids, Beginners, Experts - anyone with a genuine desire to learn more about music and their instrument!
