About Michael Dinh
Michael Dinh Ho, started his property journey carrying out annual home improvement projects with his father in their family home, as a mere adolescent, ranging from fitting electronics/plumbing, redesigning and fitting kitchens and bathrooms to converting a commercial property to a residential premises under Permitted Development. He then developed his analytical and customer relationship skills working for the world's largest Fintech provider, for nearly one decade, as a Real Estate Analyst and European Account Manager. He collated data to create financial models to solve complex property queries and helped clients, from all over Europe, utilise various technological products to optimise their portfolios, thereby increasing profits and reducing risk profile. Shortly after the UK property market crash in 2008, Michael successfully invested in his first property deal and has gone on to invest in several other property deals and build his own diversified property portfolio. He has built a team to offer various property services including: Lettings, property deal finding, property development partnerships, property mentoring and construction project management.
