"I am a cheerful person with a positive outlook on life." I enjoy my job and feel a great sense of accomplishment when I see my students develop and grow as individuals. I consider myself to be doing a good job if I can have a positive impact on their future. Assisting students in discovering and honing their voice through the development of skills and confidence in expressing themselves.

Explain how to carry out the activity. Assure that students understand how to complete the activity and what is expected of them. Explain the activity's purpose. Explain why a specific activity is being used and why participation is important.
